Asbestos Inspections:
The State of Colorado requires all asbestos inspections to be performed by an
EPA and State certified asbestos building inspector. Jonathan is a Certified
Asbestos Building Inspector with the State of Colorado and an EPA-approved
Inspector. Jonathan has been performing asbestos inspections since the late
1990s and performs all asbestos inspections and sampling in accordance
with AHERA protocols and guidelines. All samples Jonathan collects are
analyzed by a local, certified NVLAP asbestos laboratory. We will provide you a
detailed report within 24 hours of receiving the lab analysis results
summarizing the results of the sampling and inspection. If you are
considering a home improvement project and suspect you may disturb an
asbestos-containing material, call us for an inspection prior to commencing
your project.
Radon Testing:
Jonathan is a Radon Measurement Professional who conducts all radon
testing in adherence to EPA protocols. The EPA recommends testing for
radon inside homes below the third floor. We conduct both short-term and
long-term indoor air radon testing and radon in water sampling. We specialize
in real-estate transaction radon testing. We also perform radon testing if you
want to know what the radon concentration of the air is inside your home. We
also perform post mitigation radon testing. We will provide a detailed report
summarizing the testing with our recommendations within 24 hours of
receiving the lab analysis.
